HOW IT WORKS

BRAINSTORMING & CONSULTATION

The first part is where you let your imagination loose and tell us everything you want your dream home to include. Our in-house architectural & engineering teams will take you through the options at your disposal from what your elevation will look like to the materials that will be used. Whether its a swimming pool for the kids or theatre room in the basement, a holistic design will be chalked out that seamlessly integrates all your requirements neatly into a single package.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & PRELIMINARY COST

Our in-house architectural design & engineering teams will walk you through the options at your disposal from what the elevation can look like to what materials we can use. We will comprehensively explore the pros & cons of the various permutations that we can go for and devise preliminary cost estimates in-line with our budgetary requirements. Once finalised, timelines will be chalked out proportional to the scope of work and milestones identified for key deliverables.

CONSTRUCTION

Now that we know what you want, let’s get started! During this phase, you will be able to see your dream home gradually come to life. Our project management team will coordinate the design team & sub-contractors in the field to ensure timely execution and that construction takes place on-schedule and inside the stipulated budget. You will be given access to your very own client portal where you can track progress, monitor expenses & view stored documents whenever you want.

POST CONSTRUCTION

Our work doesn’t stop there. For those of our clients based overseas, we offer a whole suite of post construction services that ranges from ensuring security and maintenance of your home while you’re away to managing tenancy agreements & insurance contracts involving third parties. We will take care of the necessary logistics and documentation and guarantee your home is ready for whenever you plan on being there.
