Who are we?
We are a consultancy that specialises in the end-to-end construction of bespoke residential homes customised to your specific needs. However, our work doesn’t stop there. Once you’ve moved in to your new home, you can opt for our post-construction services, tailor-made for your requirements that will take care of the rest, whether you’re home or away.
Home-building can be a long and arduous process, with several stages often taking place simultaneously. Every stage will be a mini-project in itself involving multiple stakeholders, procurement of material and labour, cost optimisation and quality assurance. You will need an experienced and dedicated team to be your eyes and ears every step of the way. That’s where we come in.
As your consultants and project management team, our aim is to make that process as seamless and stress-free as possible, whilst delivering the home of your dreams.
We are not generalists. We are specialists in integrated residential solutions. We understand that no two clients will ever be the same and every client will have a unique set of requirements. Our objective is to ensure we take every single requirement that you have on board and presenting an integrated solution that is customised to your needs.
How do we work?
For our corporate culture, we want to bring a small family-owned restaurant feel to the complex process of home construction.
Every homeowner is unique and has a unique set of requirements. We understand the time and attention that that demands and as a result, we do not plan on catering to any more than 5 customers at any given time.
Whether you want a fully-equipped entertainment area in your basement or a separate portion that you can rent out over the summer, we will guide you every step of the way.
Our interview process is not only for you gauge whether we will be the right fit for you, but also whether you will be the right fit for us.
Once contracts are signed, on-boarding will ensue where we will give you access to your very own custom online portal and take you through the next steps.

Huzaifah Nadeem Butt

After completing his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2015, Huzaifah spent a year in London’s buzzing tech start-up space on Silicon Roundabout. 12 months in Europe’s fastest growing Proptech company gave him valuable insights into the inner workings of a young business, particularly one disrupting the lettings industry. Inspired, he wanted to launch a start-up of his own in Pakistan. So he moved back to his hometown and embarked on a journey to revolutionise the residential construction market in Pakistan.
